New DMEPOS Medicare Bond

The new $50,000 Federal Medicare bond requirement for Suppliers of Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) is required for existing business by October 2, 2009. All existing DMEPOS suppliers must file a bond with the National Supplier Clearinghouse.

To order your bond, simply complete the Form 10-E-DMEPOS Application and submit to our agency along with the required premium.
